DAY

1

Bentota

  • When you arrive, your private chauffeur guide will meet you at the airport arrival hall and drive you to the hotel in Bentota (Approx. 2 Hours 30 Minutes). Check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you will visit the Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project where you can see endangered species of turtles hatching and criss-crossing each other. After that, you will return to your hotel.

2

Galle - Yala

  • After breakfast, we will drive to Yala. En route, we will stop at Balapitiya for the Madu Ganga River Safari where you will cross small islands covered with mangroves. After the boat safari, we will head to the famous Galle city to visit the old town and its fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site. During this walking tour, you will have the chance to explore canonical buildings, churches, the Maritime Museum (showcasing artifacts such as models of boats and relics), the Clock Tower, the Lighthouse, or have a bite at one of the cafes and shop for souvenirs at the jewelry shop. After that, we will continue our journey to Yala.

Yala - Ella

  • In the morning, take a safari tour in Yala National Park. The park has an impressive array of wildlife, including leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and lots of birds. After the safari, we will enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan lunch. After that, we will head towards the beautiful city of Ella, a picturesque destination flaunting its beautiful meadows, hills, and gardens, as well as a city with great historical importance. En route, we will visit Ravana Waterfalls, Little Adam's Peak, and the Nine Arch Bridge to witness the uninterrupted panoramic views of nature. After that, we will check into our hotel and relax.

Kandy

  • After breakfast, check out of your hotel and we will leave Ella Railway Station for a scenic train journey to Kandy, passing through tea plantations and winding along mountains into the highlands. Your driver will pick you up at Kandy Railway station and take you to your hotel in Kandy. Complete the formalities and relax for a while. In the evening, we will start our Kandy city tour. You will visit the beautiful golden-roofed Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Tooth Relic), stroll around the Kandy Lake, catch a panoramic view of the picturesque town from Upper Lake Drive, and visit the Gem Museum and Workshop. After that, visit the cultural center for a Kandyan Dance performance and be treated to a spectacular fire walking finale. At the end of the tour, you will return to your hotel.

5

Colombo

  • After breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and drive to the capital city of Colombo. En route, our first stop is the Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya for a leisurely walk. Here, you will see 300 varieties of orchids from Sri Lanka, as well as a range of other plants. After that, we will visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which is home to the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. After that, we will continue our journey to Colombo and reach your hotel to relax. In the evening, we will visit Colombo city and explore the historical, religious, and commercial sites of Colombo, including the historic and bustling Fort and Pettah, the elite residential Cinnamon Gardens, the Galle Face Green, and much more.
